Majority Match

Similar to “Harmony Sync”, this game requires most, if not all players to simultaneously throw up the same number of fingers as each other. (with 3 lives remaining)

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 players

• One hand per player

• Some sort of tool to keep track of points

• 3 lives per game (a mismatch that occurs takes 1 life away) 

Round Guide: 

Step 1:

All players count down from 3 to 1 (to ensure as much synchrony as possible)

Step 2:

After doing so, all players reveal their hand forward, showing a number between 1 and 5 fingers.

Step 3:

Check the revealed numbers to see if a Majority Match or a Perfect Match occurred.

Point System:

Perfect Match➡️ All players held up the same number of fingers ➡️ +3 Harmony Points

Majority Match➡️ Majority of players held up the same number of fingers ➡️ + 1 Harmony Point

Mismatch➡️ No majority occurred, many different fingers were thrown up➡️ 0 Harmony Points

(1 life taken away)

Majority Defined:

 3 Players in game ➡️ 2 players must throw up the same number.  

4-5 Players in game➡️ 3 players must throw up the same number.

Winning/Losing Conditions

• Win: Reach 8 Harmony Points before using all lives. 

• Loss: Failure to reach 8 Harmony Points within the lives loses players the game.
